Vibrant Colors of Pakistan

The Vibrant Colors of Pakistan’ is a solo photographic exhibition by Yasir Nisar which is to be held from 14th June to 19th June, 2010 in Alhamra Art Gallery. The exhibition depicts Pakistan’s rich cultural heritage and breathtaking beauty, exploring the cultural diversity from the Indus Valley to modern-day Karachi, all aimed at highlighting its true colors. The content varies from the mundane daily aspects of life, to elements that are purely human, dealing with the various facets of Pakistan’s life. It takes us away from the transient to what is permanent, the essential beauty, dignity and vastness of what Pakistan is all about.

The exhibition will be opened by famous writer Mr. Ata Ul Haq Qasmi on Monday, June 14th at 18:30 hrs. An approximate guest list of around 500 people has been invited at the opening of the exhibition. The exhibition will be covered by many print and electronic media. The exhibition will continue till 19th June 2010..
